having a 1pm appointment with leasing office and i waited there for 30min realizing nobody is in. cannot connect with the phone number they provided and no idea who to contact to in this case. very upsetting experience. ppl should actually have a concept of timing and punctuality
Had a good time living here other than the fact that the leasing office is extremely difficult to reach which tears it all down. Have been trying to contact them on something urgent for the past few days with almost 4-5 calls a day for a WEEK straight all sent to voicemail, and zero response by email. Not the first time I notice a complaint like this over reviews and writing this to confirm they haven't changed anything to make this system better or care.

I have been living in this community for 1 year, and while the property itself is well-maintained, I have had some unfortunate experiences with the Assistant Community Manager Monica Bernal Velasquez. As an immigrant whose first language is not English, I have felt that I am not treated with the same respect as other tenants.
