Beatriz was very helpful and accommodating during our tour. The property has more amenities than expected and the rooms are spacious and quiet.
Really great tour! Showed me three apartments, including one "demo" which was gorgeous. Beatrice did a superb job of going over all the options.
Would definitely recommend this apartment (not to mention already recommending and having my friend to sign here recently) thanks to the service. The hosted events are always engaging and fun, and management switches them up which is nice too. And Monica always helps us out with everything, even when we didn't specifically ask her for help. I’ve lived here for 9 years and there’s no other maintenance people I rather have than Chris and Cam. Whenever I need something they always come in timely fashion and know what they are doing.
Very disappointing experience with this leasing office. We submitted our application on April 6 and were given a confirmed move-in date of April 19. We followed up on April 11 and April 14 to ensure everything was progressing, and we provided all requested information promptly. However, just two days before move-in, we were told there were unresolved “IT issues” with my roommate’s application — issues that had apparently been ongoing for over a week.
