We’re planning to relocate to Boston and were interested in Modera Medford. We didn’t have an appointment for a tour, but Ariff McLaren made time to provide information about the apartments and gave us a tour of the complex and specific apartment we were considering. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
I absolutely love Modera. The amenities are amazing and the location is so convenient. Monica, the Assistant Property Manager, has been wonderful, she helped us when we lived here five years ago, and when we decided to move back, she was just as helpful and kind. Everything has been smooth, and it truly felt great returning.
I have lived at Modera Medford since 2019 and have rented three different units over the years, which probably says everything on its own. We moved out in 2020 but missed the community so much that we chose to come back. It truly feels like home here. The property is well maintained, the location is excellent, and there is a real sense of community that you do not find in many apartment buildings.
