Update to my review after living here for 18 months: I do not recommend living here whatsoever. The leasing office is constantly rotating through new staff, which should instantly tell you something is wrong. I feel like I got screwed over by these people, which is partly my fault because I should have paid attention to the lawsuits they already have. Apparently, when I submitted through the resident portal that I would not be renewing my lease within the required timeframe, their system didn’t save it. Now they’re charging ... read more
The maintenance team is absolutely wonderful. Anytime I have an issue, they respond quickly and are super efficient. Josh is the best and I’ve had great experiences with his help!

Josh and Carlos are an excellent edition to our community to work is always done promptly incorrectly. They are nice happy guys always willing to help. I’ve never waited Long for maintenance to come they’re very prompt always clean up We’re happy to have them
