I wanted to share some positive feedback about our community and the maintenance team. The team does an excellent job, responding quickly and always being courteous. I especially appreciate Jose's dedication. He consistently puts in his best effort to address our requests promptly, ensuring we can continue our daily lives with minimal disruption.
My apartment was beautiful with the furniture from Better Home Furniture located in Natick, they delivered and assembled everything 🤩 Bench, dining table, sofa, lamps, carpet, wall art, bedroom sets 😍
My review is solely based on The Awesome Maintenence Team. I have lived here since this development was established in Hopkinton. This has been thee best Maintenence team in my opinion hands down. Jose & Danny you guys have been great!! Thank you for your service. 🫡
The Windsor at Hopkinton maintenance team are always so nice, professional and go above and beyond as well as the staff in the leasing office.
Horrible customer service when things break down. They replace with cheap things and not what you may have received with the apartment at time of signing the lease. I normally don’t leave posts, but it has been a ridiculously frustrating experience for last 6 months with them. Management it maintenance team tells you to buy your own things, example: programmable thermostat! Ridiculous.
