The Cons: The hallway carpets are stained with trash and animal urine. The police show up almost every day for domestics and fights; check the police logs. Management says to call the cops if you have an issue with your neighbor and dont get involved at all. The speed bumps are so destroyed that they damage your vehicle - I had to repair mine. UPDATE: These deadbeats wont return my deposit. Now we get the law involved and judgments against... This place has a public housing feel to it due to filth and safety. Just check the weekly police log and this place is always mentioned.Yes, Windsor Hopkinton, YOU! Funny how they respond quicker to social media posts than they do their own tenant internal requests.. Customer service is not your "thing". I will post photos of the filth if needed. The building hallway carpets are so pet stained it smells like a zoo.
