MODERA, the best in Glendale It's near the freeway and the Americana Brand, the maintenance and the leasing group have a excellent service. The apartment complex is a safe place. The common areas are always are free and clean.

Bad management ruined this community I lived at Modera for three-and-a-half years, and during most of that time, we genuinely liked living there. It's close to Disney and Dreamworks (for those want a short commute or nice, casual bike ride to work), while also being close to Glendale's wonderful shopping & entertainment.
