I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this clinic has been nothing short of frustrating. I’ve been a patient for four years, primarily because of their Saturday hours, but their increasingly profit-driven policies make it clear that patient care is not their priority. This is a horrible clinic. For the below reasons 1)They started my annual without my consent . Which is considered as medical malpractice. 2) They cancelled my wife’s appointment just because she came back to car to grab room temperature water. Sounds silly but it is what it is. And it was a very important appointment for her. I honestly don’t recommend this clinic.
OUTSTANDING CLINIC! VERY CLEAN! I had to find new PCP ASAP because Dr. Bradley Friedman no longer accepts CIGNA. I was seen the same day I called the clinic. Dr. Blair Thwaites is a super cool doctor! Everything we discussed was entered into my medical record. Made sure I had all my meds called in. Thank you for seeing ME! 5 Stars!

Just a heads up on @ Modera Clinic in Prosper. They have the worst patient service there is. I tried to talk to the office manager Kaley Griswold was trying to tell her my experience she told me that she doesn’t have time and heard enough. SHE HUNG UP ON ME . Stay away from this place. I was recommended to this Clinic and had been going for the past 5 yrs. and use to make the drive to Little elm until they opened this one up. I bet Dr Huber isn’t aware that this is going on.
