bad apartment, bad neighborhood and bad management. incredibly dirty and old furniture, apart from the lack of politeness that the neighbors have with their dogs. Expensive and horrible experience.

Very expensive, bait and switch, they make promises that they don’t keep. The building elevator had been out of order for a week and there is no date given for repair. Our disabled neighbors are left stranded with no help or regard from the company. Horrible horrible horrible experience

WORST APPARTMENT NOT RECOMMENDED. Too expensive for an old appartment. Here what we experienced here for a year. Loud neighbor, Increases rent $100/yr, dirty laundry room, dirty everywhere, hired lazy manager , pretty hard to reach the manager, dog poop everywhere, smell dog poop everywhere. For the 1st year we lived here we pay $60-80/month for electricity bill after a year it increases $300+/month. something going on in here. Tenants are leaving. I rate this appartment zero star.
