Adam is the best!
My bf and I have lived here for about 3 years now and it’s the longest we we ever liked one place lol. It’s a really cool building with a lot of really amazing amenities, and they really make this building stand out apart from others. The management are constantly attentive and get to know you like friends. I have actually met people I ended up creating awesome relationships! And the pool/hot tub and fire pits on the roof? We moved into Akoya this June we had such a smooth move in with the help of Adam he is the BEST! We love the amenities and the community. All the residents are so friendly. The apartment is beautiful and maintenance is super responsive. We have had the best summer living downtown here. Definitely the nicest apartments we toured down in the Pearl. ~Kelly & Ryan
Having lived at Akoya for over a year now, I can honestly say I do, and have, recommended it to friends and anyone looking for luxury downtown living. I've lived here for 5 months now. Its been a good experience overall. The amenities and location are great, that's why people move here. I appreciate the recent crackdown on guests at the pool, management and staff has always been nice to me. There is however about a 6 week delay to get parking. Thanks! - Samantha Bee
