We’ve had nothing but a great experience while living here. Nick, the AM of Modera is great with communication via email or even when in person when we have any questions, he’s been very kind. Also the cleaning lady Omira in the building is lovely and very on top of making sure the building is clean at all times. Great people in the building overall.
Carlos and Jose from maintenance came out to replace my washer less than 24 hours after they inspected the old one and determined it needed replacing. They got everything swapped out and cleaned up, and were accommodating of me working from home during that time.
Nick was a huge part of me staying in the building, he helped me navigate a transfer that worked for me and the timing of the move. Can’t thank him enough!
