We stayed at Modera 44 during a transition from selling our long time family home to a townhome in Morristown. Modera 44 provided us with a beautiful apartment and great fitness center amenity and club room in which we enjoyed 2 epic extended family Christmas parties. Nicholas in particular was extremely professional and very very helpful. The maintenance team was friendly, excellent and responsive. Front desk always provided us with help when needed. We enjoyed our time at Modera 44.
The initial tour went well. Bryan was very helpful and showed me all the options.
Modera 44 has been wonderful so far in the month we have been living here. For 2 people, the 1 bedroom apartment provides above average storage and space compared to other properties in the area. The amenities offered for the price are SO worth it in our opinion! Maintenance comes ASAP when we have put in work orders, as well. The leasing office has been amazing with assistance we have needed in the first month! I've really enjoyed it here! The building is cared for nicely & the amenities are great. The maintenance staff & Nick have been super helpful with any small issues that pop up! I'd highly recommend living at Modera!
