Best living experience ever!
Maintenance here is always prompt and they do an excellent professional job. The staff are friendly and capable. We love the convenience of apartment life here at Modera 44.
We stayed at Modera 44 during a transition from selling our long time family home to a townhome in Morristown. Modera 44 provided us with a beautiful apartment and great fitness center amenity and club room in which we enjoyed 2 epic extended family Christmas parties. Nicholas in particular was extremely professional and very very helpful. The maintenance team was friendly, excellent and responsive. Front desk always provided us with help when needed. We enjoyed our time at Modera 44.
The initial tour went well. Bryan was very helpful and showed me all the options.
