If you asked me when we first moved in this would have been 5 stars- but after we signed our renewal it seems everything has been falling apart at once. We have now had our washer and dryer replaced going on 3 times- yet they always order the same model and it keeps breaking. When we renewed we got charged another $500 amenity fee, which we tried to negotiate since we use none of the amenities (we belong to a private gym due to an injury I have) and would use the roof but it has not been available to use since we moved in in... read more
Brian and Laura, amazing! Let’s start there. When I needed a place it was quick to get everything set and handled. Due to the quick nature of needing an apartment and looking to move out of where I was, because of the quick move in date my roommate and I chose, we had less than a week to get all paperwork done.
