I have had great experiences there, since I purchased a groupon from them.. but I have 1 session left and can not get anyone to pick up their phone. Anyone else having this issue?? Even their website says it is no longer in service. I sure hope I get to finish my treatments I purchased or I will be one UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Worst customer service thanks to their unprofessional front desk Britta . Paying money to them is like paying tution to school i.e, they take the right to schedule your appointments and not you. They also falsly claim that a board certified Physician does all the treatments but on the phone the truth was revealed to me that it is the Medical assistant who does the procedure . Thankfully they were foolish enough to show their careless attitude upfront and I did not have to visit them .
