The homes are nice really beautiful little community the staff are very friendly and sweet and welcoming I just can't see myself paying $3000 a month for a home i just bought plus hoa fees that was the case for me if I'm gonna pay that I need everything I want in a home and that was not everything I don't want to pick from what u have that's me settling for something im still not happy with but I say try and see if it works for u it just wasn't for me
