Lisa does a great job of setting up what is to be sold and displaying it. Very helpful in answering any questions you may have and knowledgeable about the items she is selling. She loves what she does and it shows. She runs her business with honesty and integrity.

I met Lisa after my husband passed away. I had lived in my home for several years and knew it was time to start moving forward in my life . I had no idea where to begin. A friend suggested I have an estate sell. I interviewed several companies and did not get a very good feeling about it. The last person I interviewed was Lisa. We were really pleased with the results using Modena Estate Sales services. Lisa and her team coordinated a full-house, three-day sale of my father’s property and were efficient, effective, and fun. The team were respectful of the process to our family and staged the house, coordinated pre-sale review of valuable items, and kicked off the sale with 30+people at the driveway waiting for the sale on the opening morning!
