I have lived at Modena Apartments through different management teams. Currently, it is under the management team of Knightvest.com. Unfortunately , this team is not responsive to complaints/or issues I have brought to team. I have emailed several issues to management team, and have never heard back. They have been completely Non-responsive, not even sending a reply email to confirm they are looking into issues I brought up or a follow up.

To Whom It May Concern, We've received two complaints from Diana in the past 6 months. The first complaint was sent to us on October 7, 2019 in regards to her neighbors below having loud music. We do address all noise complaints with the actual offenders at the time of receipt of the complaint. We also advise residents to please give our office a call if the noise is excessive during business hours and we would be more than happy to address the noise once it is happening.
