This company provides terrible service. Owner did not disclose he was having a 3rd party subcontractor service the property. Was unable to meet contractural obligations, blames the client for expecting too much, rude and unprofessional people. Negligent and damaged our property.
Business response:
This customer has not been satisfied since the onset of the current summer season. We have met every obligation but her routine complaint has been that the grass was growing 'too tall' in between services. We continue to assert that this is due to the low specification for lawn mowing frequencies that she originally decided in order to keep the price low. When we finally suggested that she find another service she took this as unprofessional and cancelled abruptly and is now upset that we intend to hold her company accountab... read more

Business response:
The contractor deflects from the complaint filed by replying about grass height and "cost". The HOA paid this contractor over double than that of our previous landscaper, and what others are currently proposing for better service. Additional cuts were never requested, and the landscaper also skipped a few visits as reported by residents and staff alike. HOA issues are documented in emails, texts and pictures, damage to shrubbery as they are strangled by wild weeds that Model Row never removed, Invasive plants growing inside ... read more
