I have leased through Model since 2021. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with ANYONE i have spoken too. The units are beautiful and quality, as well as within a good price range. Maintenance is fast, kind, and understanding. My heat was having some difficulty, and less than 12 hours after I submitted the request someone was out to my unit fixing the issue.
