Second Visit , Still Impressed! Today was my second time visiting Model Nails, and once again, the experience was amazing! Anna did my pedicure, and I can’t say enough good things about her. I’ve been coming to Model Nails for over 10 years, hoping to see some kind of improvement—but unfortunately, nothing has changed for the better. The salon is outdated, often has an unpleasant smell, and the overall atmosphere is far from welcoming. The customer service is consistently unprofessional, and the staff can be rude, especially when you request anything beyond basic services. I went yesterday and the polish job was very less than pleasant. You know when you get home and start looking and it was very sloppy. I go back today, or course with hesitation they fixed one foot of the polish but it was a totally different pink lol. Like do better in your CARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDES. THANKFULLY I FOUND A SHOP TO FIX IT.
BE AWARE ….i’ve been here before and the job or price wasn’t bad but i’ve recently visit this nail salon and wouldn’t come back they charged me for a full set and i only got a fill in . not only that they didn’t replace my broken nails they just put acrylic over my real nail & nails were uneven on toes and nail they don’t understand english . they lie about prices as well. and now that i took my nails off after 3weeks my nail beds are bruised this never happen ever before until i went here
This is my favorite nail salon. They have great customer service. Lisa always does my pedicure and she does a great job.
