I called to inquire information, but the woman who answered was rude and didn't introduce herself. She asked me in an unprofessional and harsh tone, "What do you want?" I asked what her name was and she wouldn't say. I eventually found out her name is Judy. She told me not to call back and hung up on me. I have no idea what her issue is but she should not be in customer service. Trust me, I'll take my hard earned money somewhere else.
