Not delivering on their claims of quality workmanship and craftsmanship. Inaccuracies from the start, sloppy, workers not trained to do a standing seam roof, fasteners/screws showing in multiple areas. Multiple requests for visits from management.little response. Not a beautiful roof at this point. Job not yet completed. In week 5 since first delivery of materials. Week 14 since contract was signed. Were verbally told would be done two weeks after office processed....
