I’m giving Model City Roofing 3 stars because my experience was average. The work itself wasn't terrible, but it also didn't match the level of professionalism I expected based on my initial interactions. My consultant, Michael Taylor, was patient, respectful, and answered all of my questions thoroughly before I signed the contract. Model City was able to come out quickly and give me an estimate for an offer we were trying to put in on a house! Cody was quick and efficient and gave me a thorough quote. Though we did not use them as the sellers are going to repair the roof instead, I’d happily consider them again due to their quickness and professional manner that they handled my request.

6/1/26 I had a roof leak around my drier vent. I called Model City Roofing and Tre Allen was assigned to my project. He made a wonderful repair! He explained why the last vent failed, replaced plywood, reinstalled a new vent used peal and stick as well as roofing tar. Looks great and I am confident his repair will not leak. Thank you Tre Allen and Model City Roofing for a leak well repaired. This was covered warranty repair, initial repair estimated $1385, Actual $1260 on 1/20/25.
