From the first time I visited Model CIty I was hooked. From the exceptional coaching to the programming it’s exactly what I needed. The coaches always make sure you are correctly preforming the movements and will help you find the movement for your skill level. No matter where you are right now you will be better by going to Model City and you will make friends that become family.
Love this place
I dropped in for a work trip. The owner was kind enough to communicate with me for a month leading up to my visit and was very accommodating. His energy enthusiasm and expertise can’t be hidden. If you are looking for a lifestyle change or just looking for a gym in the area look no further. Tad , thanks for the experience man! You’re doing great things.
