RecommendedThis Wellness Center includes programs that are beneficial to senior citizens, i.e., Diabetes Classes, Exercise Training, lunch. Nutrition Classes, etc, The facility is kept very clean and all staff are polite and informative, Attending this Center truly brightens my day. The director has an open-door policy and takes time to speak with anyone.
A great place to go for senior to meet and greet one another. Five days a week arts and crafts, field trips, exercise , lots of laughs. A great place to just stop by to hug and love on our wonderful senior. Like mom Bing what a joy to be around.
A Senior Wellness Center for 60 Years and over where practice is held for contestants running for the Ms Senior DC Pageant as well as the Cameo Club celebrating it’s members birthdays the last Friday of every month.

They have a large variety of activities daily for seniors with a variety of interests. They have a calendar so that you know which activities will be going on and when. They offer a hot lunch if you sign up in advance. The facility is cheeful, well lighted, and they have their own parking lot. Who could ask for anything more.
