I am the proud owner of a 1930 Model A Ford Tudor. It has the 4 cylinder flathead engine. I'm having a little problem with it wanting to jerk some when I am driving it. I drive it some every week. I have installed new spark plugs , new points , new coil and a new condenser. Plus I have put a new inline fuel filter on it as well. It still wants to jerk a little when it's being driven. Awful customer service. Received many incorrect letters and late notices, as well as threats to pull our club insurance. Staff out of office for up to a week at a time. Website fails to process payments. No follow-up and no communication. Calls from admin Jay McCord make no attempt to rectify problem, admit errors, or solve issues. Only arguments are offered.
