The building office staff is could care less about their tenants in this building. We were without gas without warning for 3 days - no hot water, no oven/stovetop cooking, no drying clothes - an inconvenience that the management refused to take responsibility for. Many prior reviews were made during Christina's time as building manager and Nick's time as a building engineer--- they have both since left and the building has completely gone downhill. New management is abysmal in comparison. The building looks trendy and beautiful - but the reality is far from that.
