30 minutes ago NEW New management in April 2023 has completely squashed any positive feelings I had about living in this building. The building office staff is could care less about their tenants in this building. We were without gas without warning for 3 days - no hot water, no oven/stovetop cooking, no drying clothes - an inconvenience that the management refused to take responsibility for. Many prior reviews were made during Christina's time as building manager and Nick's time as a building engineer--- they have both since left and the building has completely gone downhill. New management is abysmal in comparison. The building looks trendy and beautiful - but the reality is far from that. The walls are paper thin with no insulation - you can hear neighbors' phone conversations through the walls. The concrete floors have no insulation so you can hear everything from above and below.
