I have been going to Mode for several years now. It is without a doubt the best waxing experience I have ever had in Spokane. Melissa is so friendly and fun to chat with. She does a great job at making you feel comfortable during something as uncomfortable as a Brazilian lol. Great downtown location, fair prices, lots of services. I highly recommend Melissa and Mode if you’re looking for a wax!!!

Nicole is an awesome lash artist! I love my hybrid lashes every time I see her. She’s also super sweet, accommodating and makes me feel comfortable in her studio. Highly recommend seeing Nicole for lash extensions!
Brenna is so awesome! was my first time with her and i had such a blast and my hair came out AMAZINGLY. she’s so fun to be around and when she just nails the hair, even more awesome🫶 thank you brenna for such a good time and for taking care of my hair! you’re so amazing!! p.s. she knows blondes;)
