Disappointed they only book appointments for estimates as a 3hr window. I had no service issues, no need for a technician, just wanted an estimate for an optional project I'm pricing. All their competitors I called were happy to commit to a specific appointment time; Mode insisted on a 3hr window & the estimator still wasn't even route 2hrs into it - I had to cancel, and the office staff didn't even seem to care. Guess I'll take my $10k+ in new business elsewhere.
Nick installed condensate pumps for my tankless water heater and furnaces. Now my basement has so much more usable space. I feel like I got great work at a fair price.
