Brandon was super helpful with my stage 2 b58, he took the time to show me his car and even started it up and made things super easy
Ordered oil online. They didn’t have stock and notified me that very quickly that they’d have stock in April but didn’t give a date. My car needs oil now so I requested cancellation and refund. It’s been several days and they’ve been silent. They’re obviously just useless. I can’t believe they’re being this difficult over 24.99. Just so annoying. So I’m on the phone with my bank to do a chargeback and I’ll be reporting to the governing bodies. Want to waste my time? I’ll waste yours.

Ordered an MST intake from Mode on the 4th of Feb as the item was shown as in stock, I later received an email letting me know the item was not in stock and will arrive mid to late feb, I have been patiently waiting since then but its now the 10th of march and I have sent numerous emails and have heard nothing back, All requests for a refund/ cancelation of the order have gone unanswered. Zero customer service and shady stock marketing
A complete lack of customer service, Bought wheel spacers & longer bolts from these guys, had a bolt snap off - they told me it was due to over tightening (confirmed that wasn’t the case) I accepted to pay for an additional bolt regardless so I could get my car back on the road - no response.
