Oscar at the warehouse was great. He was able to answer our questions precisely, and even helped us install a small part, as it was only a quick job, with no extra charge.
Ultra fast response, reliable service, everything done exactly as expected. These guys are awesome.
Do yourself a favour and use another store for your parts, these guys are absolute shockers to deal with. Non-existent customer support.
DO NOT DEAL with this company. They sell defective products at premium prices. Then when you raise an issue they don’t reply. I’m not the only customer this has happened to it’s clear from their other google reviews. If I could give a zero star I would. There are a lot more other companies in Australia to deal with who actually list a contact number on their website and are keen to provide basic customer service and sell the same products. Save yourself the headache do not purchase from this company.
