Made an appointment for a tour, and no one showed up after waiting for 30 mins! While waiting, the leasing agent, Sofia, kept telling me that “I've passed your message along to my colleague who will get back to you soon.” and yet nobody showed up.
Our family loves living in these apartments! It’s a peaceful, quiet, and safe place with a perfect location. The apartment is warm, bright, and has beautiful high ceilings. We feel very comfortable and happy here❤️❤️❤️
Currently trying to get a head start on my move out plan and came to tour Mode today! Once walking in I was greeted by Sasha who was so warm and welcoming! She showed me around a few different units but was transparent about not having studios available. I really appreciated that she was honest and I enjoyed the tour! Adding this spot to my mental favorites for now!
Never consider this place unless you are okay with: 1) The remote for the parking garage frequently does not work and no one can help to solve the problem immediately to let you in. Making a call to the emergency number also did not help because the staff could only provide the solution by asking you to wait outside of the garage until the other resident enter/exit the parking garage or park on the street. 2) The staff who work over the weekend in the office has no access to fix the remote during the weekend and resident bei... read more
