Non existing customer service. Zero help zero notifications zero returned emails or phone calls . Absolutely ****** I can not cancel a 2 month long awaited order that hasn't been built. [Order #******] (Order date: March 29, 2021) PACKAGE TOOK NUMEROUS WEEKS AND WHEN I WOULD EMAIL THEM EVERY WEEK FOR A UPDATE THEY WOULD SAY THE SAME THING: "We are very sorry for the delay with your order. Worst company ever. Do NOT buy from them. My husband contacted them to ask if they could add mods to my birthday present controller. Told us to send it in with the mod requests and they would see if they could. So we did. They billed me for the charges and proceeded to hold my controller and money for about 3 weeks. After which, they tell me that they can't mod the controller because it's not an official xbox controller, even though it's stated clearly on the box that it is. My gosh I see alot of bad reports bout this company well I got my controller 03/ 25 /21 an it was defective r1 an l1 didn't work an I couldn't get it to connect at all I tried reaching out to them no answer and no response from with the email they have on they website I paid 134 for my controller
I canceled my order. I have been told I would get a refund. That was 3 weeks ago! No one has answered or replied to my emails!

Trash controllers and awful customer service. 2 controllers from there have broken several times rendering them useless. No idea what corners they cut to make these controllers so awful. I have the basic, cheap microsoft controller that has lasted YEARS while these controllers for $200 have broken within weeks.
