I ordered a controller on the 26th updated on the 27th to building order not counting holidays it has been 8 business days no update, no reply to email nothing and site states 5to 7 to build but I have no update after 8 and no reply to 3 different emails!!!! I WILL EITHER ADD TO THIS OR TAKE IT DOWN DEPENDING ON WHAT HAPPENS
Horrible customer service you have to pay to get your order first or you dont even get your order at all even if its Christmas time no wonder they have an F and they always will have an F
Order process was easy and controller arrived quickly, But defective and non functioning. quality of replacement buttons very low and R1 fit so loose in the housing that it would not always activate when pressed. customer service extremely unpleasant and requires excessive video recordings of troubleshooting
Terrible product and terrible customer service. New controller stick drift after two months. Had to pay for shipping to return and pay for repair even though I had extended warrant. Got it back and after 2 months other stick is drifting. Dont buy from this company. The positive reviews on here are from the company pretending to be customers.
Sent in a controller for hall effect joystick drift and a malfunctioning B button, came back with another issue with right trigger causing right stick malfunctioning. They fixed one problem and created another.
This company does terrible work and only offers 3 months warranty. That is not much time to stand behind a well made product. My controller failed in 5 months and they refuse to stand behind their craftsmanship. I purchased a brand new elite 2 from ********* to replace the junk I purchased from modded zone and I am definitely sticking with direct from manufacturer from here on out. I would not recommend trusting this company to do professional work or use quality parts on their builds. Risk is yours!
Awful controllers and bad customer service service. There controller dont work
I am absolutely thrilled with the custom modded controller I purchased from ModdedZone for my PS5! The attention to detail and craftsmanship that went into creating this controller is truly remarkable. Terrible company and horrible quality. Dont buy. Everything is pit together like a caveman did it. 3 buttons broken within 2 months, still in warranty and they made my pay for it and the delivery and mailing back. Then they proceeded to tell me that my controller wasnt taken care of properly and that isnt covered under the warranty. My controller is a pro controller only for fps games not even my main.
