Very nice tech, personable and professional.
Exceptional, knowledgeable service.
The water pressure valve on my boiler broke, causing water to start flooding my basement. I was able to shut off the water, then called ModCon. They asked some questions then figured out the likely problem, part needed and came first thing the next morning to replace the part. Excellent and knowledgable service.
They know boilers. Had hot water again within 30min of arrival.
