I had a great experience working with ModCon services. Bret Chisholm helped me out of a real jam with a faulty boiler in one of my investment properties. They showed up on time, they were very polite and informative. I plan on using them for all my properties.
So I was a new home owner in central MA. Leominster to be specific. I was highly recommended to modcon for servicing Navian tankless water heaters. They came in August 2023 and told me everything was fine while also trying to pitch a new install. Ok cool, it is 6 years old, but come on. Pitch a new install at the first service. Long story short.
