Tech replaced the suspension rods on my Samsung WA50R5400AV washer and fixed the UB error — that part was done properly and the machine works well now. After the repair he casually brought up adding gas dryer vent/internal cleaning plus refrigerator coil cleaning, making it sound like a small, inexpensive add-on. I agreed.
