Nice and clean. Employees are very nice and friendly. We have had up to six units at a time.
Very clean facility but it is a lot more pricer than when I first got the unit.
Truthfully it has been a good experience and the only time it wasn't was when the elevator was out for a few weeks. Other than that no problems with my unit or getting in/out of the building.
We have been using ModBox storage for 2 years now. Lou the High Point Property Manage has been awesome to work with. She has made the storage process not only simple, but also friendly and personable. We have never had a problem, the units are climate controlled and the property is always well secured and clean. I highly recommend using ModBox High Point for any of your storage needs!!! Tell Lou I sent you!
ModBox Storage is great. The building is secure and a code is needed to enter which I like. It’s very clean and there are a variety of unit sizes. Highly recommend if you live in the High Point area or go to High Point University.
