The gentleman at the desk was very kind and helpful. He answered all my questions and took the time to open up a couple of units so I could see the size myself in person. I came back a couple days later and rented a unit. He took me to the exact one I would be renting gave me all the information told me all I needed to know showed me how to use the elevator and I was on my way. Thank you.

Eric was extremely nice and helpful with showing my elderly mother and I storage unit. He showed us one that had a pole in it and I expressed my displeasure with the pole but he went back and found another unit that didn’t have a pole in it. He understood and helped us with a smile on his face. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. My wife and I have a unit here and when I suggested it to my mother she was skeptical at first. I did not like my experience. There is no actual person you can speak with ever there . You call and it is an AI assistant. I had the hardest time trying to cancel the storage unit which i never used. I finally spoke with someone last week and i was supposed to receive canceled email never did . Called back and the unit was already checked but cancelation was never processed.Finally processed but no reimbursement for the time not used and I paid a whole month.
