Since July 2021, I've rented a unit here, witnessing its transition from Self Storage to ModBox. For a long time, interactions were minimal to none. However, meeting Crystal Wilson changed that. She's incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely invested in the facility. The recent improvements – a clean parking lot, tidy restrooms, functional hand trucks, and a working elevator – are remarkable.
