They cut off my lock by mistake and admitted it but said a manager would have to authorize a credit for a new lock. Mistakes happen but after 3 emails and 3 phone calls they have not reached back out to apologize or reimburse me for a new lock.

Clean and easy access to my storage room easy rental over the phone
Beware. I rented the largest storage unit here. When I arrived in the morning there was already a heavy lock on the unit. I called and called. It took days to actually get someone on the phone since they can only be reached by phone. Now its easy to get a hold of someone but impossible to get a supervisor to issue the refund. I signed up to rent a storage unit about a week ago. I wish I had read more in depth the reviews. After seeing that many units were broken into and that people were living in the units I decided that I didn’t feel safe personally or with my belongings there. I have attempted multiple calls and email to reach someone because I am not keeping my things there. I cannot get anyone on the phone. No response to emails.
