It was completely done online. No office to go to, buy a lock and that's all you need!
Sort of expensive for renting since I didnt get any promo or anything.
Storage unit is close to my house and had a great move in deal. Air conditioning was ice cold. Only drawback was there weren’t any carts to help move your stuff like some storage units.
They cut off my lock by mistake and admitted it but said a manager would have to authorize a credit for a new lock. Mistakes happen but after 3 emails and 3 phone calls they have not reached back out to apologize or reimburse me for a new lock.
