I rent a unit at this facility and I have had the worst possible experience there. They are in the process of expanding and I was unable to access my unit for almost 4 months. I wasn't notified and given the opportunity to move my belongings before the process began and I called several times during the process and ask for a manager to contact me and each time was just given a timeline response from the contractor. During this process my bill increased by $20 a month and I couldn't even get to what I needed. I have incurred ... read more
