This storage facility is GREAT!!! So safe, and after Hurricane Helene, I thought for sure that my Dad’s art would be ruined. NOT AT ALL!!! The storage unit was clean and dry!!!!😊 I’d never consider using another! They are the absolute best!!!
Clean and convenient storage.
Sad to see the lack of personal contact since the ownership changed. Prices went up, customer service went down. And, prices have continued to increase consistently. I would not rent there now, for the price I am paying.
Very nice to deal with. Had a leak in my unit and they have done everything to fix the problem. Very happy! I will say the insurance company they use leave something to be desired. A month later and I’m still trying to file a claim with them. But ModBox is awesome and a great place to use
