Very great place to rent a storage unit
Well it's been nice. Until they raised my rent after a few months of having that storage.
Modbox has generally been easy to navigate. Customer Service is ALWAYS professional, helpful, and courteous. My biggest consistent issue -over the past 2-3 years- has been problems with logging in to my account to pay my bills. I also rent two units, and I struggled a lot with providing my copy of my property insurance declarations page as requested. I was exhausted trying to do something that should have been easy.
