Used this company and location for almost 5 years, it was always clean, staff was always courteous and helpful. They notified ahead of time for any changes to my account or things going on at the facility(updates to systems, building improvements etc) highly recommend them! And they have a LARGE selection of unit sizes which is fantastic!!!

I have never in my life experienced so many issues with an online payment system. Every month it seems to forget that I even have an account. I'll go in and reset my password and it will still tell me my credentials are wrong. Starting to think they do this on purpose so they can collect late fees.
Arvada West has large spacious buildings with indoor storage and easy access. 🙂
Great Storage facility with great people! Exterior units are nice a large with nigh ceilings. Staff makes regular rounds around the complex. I drove off and left my unit open one day. They called me and let me know that they closed it!
