I’d give more stars if I could. I had no idea I could love a storage place so much. The place is well kept, I’m always able to get a cart, the staff is incredibly, and it’s not creepy there. I highly recommend Arvada West, thank you Brodie and Ted for being so great!
Savanna and Erika in the office were great answering all our questions. Apologize if I'm spelling their names wrong. They helped us select the best unit for our needs.
OMG!! I love this place! In fact, I love this place so much that I forgot to close my unit after I moved out because subconsciously I didn’t want to lol I had a terrible experience at CubeSmart in Arvada which resulted in me losing my late mom’s last plants (they died in storage after being charged $150 in late fees. It has been years since I’ve had to rent a storage unit. I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff here at Arvada West Storage. Savannah and Brody were so accommodating from the moment I walked into their office. Arvada West Storage is a very clean, well kept facility. I wouldn’t hesitate to check this place out if you’re looking to rent a storage unit.
