Tim was of great help! He made it so easy to access and to transfer when we couldn’t use the original one on the app. Thank you Tim. Would highly recommend speaking to Tim before you do it yourself.

I like the facility but they have raised my rates now 5 TIMES in a little over a years time. Yes, I understand getting lured in with a super cheap price but now my rates have more than QUADRUPLED!!!! THIS SHOULDNT BE LEGAL. I'm on a fixed income with a tight budget. My space is now unaffordable. Now I have to find a truck and trailer along with some help to get out of there. I am not happy with Public Storage here. I moved my stuff in July 2025 and the rate went up within 6 months. Now it is going up again here in September. Why?! Don't bother explaining. I'll be moving out soon and keeping my money. I don't appreciate being sucked in by a special so you can over charge me for it later.

I had my storage for over a year, they have been amazing to me. I haven’t had a problem, even when I accidentally took my auto pay off, they called and made sure everything was okay! Jojo is amazing and is the sweetest person ever! Will be back if I need to store my items again!

It was quick & easy to get the unit and the staff was kind! Definitely felt safe keeping my belongings here!
