I was very happy and comfortable with the woman that was working on the weekend she was so nice and if wasn’t for her I would’ve cancelled my storage, I’m sorry but I forgot her name 😭
When I went to tell Jojo that I called a locksmith to drill my lock out, she gave me a free cylinder lock. She is a very professional employee.
Jojo was an absolute joy to be around and so very helpful. The facility itself is amazing.. the upkeep and how clean it is all due to her. She is a true GEM😊
