We have two units here and since Public Storage took over we have been locked entirely out of the property, locked out of our units, our auto pay was discontinued without notice, we were promised a credit to compensate for all of the errors during the transition and when we asked about it, we were told that what we were promised was incorrect so we are now only getting a fraction of what was promised. Update: 4/5/2025 Facility recently bought out buy Public Storage. Access hours have decreased by one hour, rental rates have skyrocketed though units currently rented have not changed volume, security cameras presence has decreased significantly.... Having been to hundreds of a PS locations nationwide - of which I've had a positive experience with only two facilities - I know exactly what direction things are headed in which means I'll be on my way out. Good facility to rent storage space. Suzy and Jojo were great to work with and made the rental experience painless. Storage units are easy to access, and the facility was very clean.
