Great service
Charged my credit card for insurance without my authorization even though I had provided proof of my own personal property policy. They had my policy and had scanned it when I rented the unit. The site manager said this was a problem they were having across the board because they changed their system. Their response shows they will simply lie to you.
Clean, convenient, and safe. The staff are super.
Don't use this location of ModBox. I rented a unit through the, no where does it say it is a wine unit. Plus the picture shows a standard unit with boxes stacked on top and didn't mention the full dimensions. It is only 3 ft tall. Lousy customer service when I called for help locating the unit so I couldn't move Sunday when I needed too. On Monday I found out it was a wine unit and they refused to give a refund. This place is awful!!!
I love the facility! Always clean and neat and feels so private when your in there moving things in or out
