I had a bit of a rough experience at first with this location. However the district manager reached out to me. He listened to my experience and what I had to say about a bad service I had received. He took every actionable step he could to smooth out the situation and make sure it wouldn’t happen again. I’m very happy they take the time to listen to their customers and make every experience that best they can.
The Mebane arrowhead facility has fantastic on site support. Laura is extraordinary! I use the facility for nine months with absolutely no issues.
