Update: I had to complain because of lighting and taking away access to my unit. As a result the decided to increase my rent $100. THIS CORPORATE GREED, REDUCE SERVICES, GET MAD AT LEGITIMATE COMPLAINT AND INCREASE RENT TO FORCE PEOPLE OUT. When this was MOD Box there were 2 access doors to climate control, the bathroom had a key pad and it was clean. Closed off access, now I have to practically walk around building to get to my 15x30.
