Clean units, convenient yet seemingly pretty secure, and Cathy at the front desk was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to!
Update: I had to complain because of lighting and taking away access to my unit. As a result the decided to increase my rent $100. THIS CORPORATE GREED, REDUCE SERVICES, GET MAD AT LEGITIMATE COMPLAINT AND INCREASE RENT TO FORCE PEOPLE OUT. When this was MOD Box there were 2 access doors to climate control, the bathroom had a key pad and it was clean. Closed off access, now I have to practically walk around building to get to my 15x30. Oscar was very friendly, professional, accommodating and went above and beyond, he was very patient and showed me how to use the mobile app. This storage unit is well maintained and secure. One of my favorite features that they offer is being able to open the gate and the storage unit door from their mobile app. I definitely recommend this storage unit. Thank you Oscar for you excellent customer service.
