As an elderly person new technology sometimes is hard to understand. But Modbox was right there when I needed help. I highly recommend them.
Poor customer service. Moving my stuff out and into units with a different company who have treated me like a human. Don't trust them.
Great experience at the Flat Rock location. Very nice storage units that are clean & easily accessible. It was easy to rent online and if you call the reps are easy to talk to & helpful. Love the electric gate code and nicely paved lot. ( Believe me, some of the rentals in smaller towns are on dirt lots that get muddy in rain and use a chain and padlock for the gate yet charge more than Modbox) The rental rate at Modbox is fair.
