absolutely awful service, bal absolutely destroyed my hair and made it orange, when she tried to fix it she had to bleach it and destroyed it further. Treated me like an inconvenience when I needed help with it. I went to Anna to get it back from orange (that bal caused) wearing a hoodie that SHE OKAYED for me to wear, and she got bleach on it. Great salon, awesome stylists
The start of my experience on Wednesday at modas operandi was rocky. My hair was very blonde and I wanted to go to a lighter brown. Bal understood and the colour ended up being significantly darker than we had anticipated. I was quite upset as it looked nothing like the photos I had requested. She knew I wasn’t happy with the service so she went out of her way to book me as soon as possible ( only two days after) and completely transformed my hair. She listened to me, and never once pressured me for any reason.
