Last week I went in to get my hair cut. Michelle who is exceptional at cutting short hair, did her thing. I came out of the with one of the best cuts of my life. It’s like she found me. I’ve been struggling for the last 6 months with my hair. Not sure if I wanted to grow it out or not. Stopped embracing my greys. I was feeling old and miserable. absolutely awful service, bal absolutely destroyed my hair and made it orange, when she tried to fix it she had to bleach it and destroyed it further. Treated me like an inconvenience when I needed help with it. I went to Anna to get it back from orange (that bal caused) wearing a hoodie that SHE OKAYED for me to wear, and she got bleach on it. They closed for the long weekend and said it has been too long and now they refuse to compensate anything at all. Do NOT trust them with your hair. They WILL mess up and not take any ... read more
Great salon, awesome stylists
The start of my experience on Wednesday at modas operandi was rocky. My hair was very blonde and I wanted to go to a lighter brown. Bal understood and the colour ended up being significantly darker than we had anticipated. I was quite upset as it looked nothing like the photos I had requested. She knew I wasn’t happy with the service so she went out of her way to book me as soon as possible ( only two days after) and completely transformed my hair.
