Extremely disappointing experience with Modani Fort Lauderdale. We purchased a dining room table in May after visiting the showroom. The salesperson specifically told us that purchasing in-store rather than online would give us the best chance of receiving the table sooner. clearly explains your experience: I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a brand-new bed, but it was delivered with defects. Instead of replacing it or accepting a return, the store told me they would send someone to repair it. I did not pay for a new bed only to have it repaired the day it was delivered. The only resolution they offered was a $525 store credit, which does not address the issue or make up for receiving a defective product.
