Modal 001 arrived on August 9, 2022, non inhabitable till July 2023. Unit was 5” larger than the foundation. Had to add stem wall. Forgot to build deck. Exterior walls(hardi board) arrived cracked, paint drips, shiny paint, defective doors, warped floors, black mold, splinters were not vented correctly and many more issues to list. All the original employees are no longer with the company. Not a good sign. DO NOT get a Modal!
