Used to be good now it's bad, this is now a Redstone property. Unless you like horrible communication and difficultly with being able to pay your rents. Look up Redstone on yelp andthe BBB website it's not great 12/03/25
I lived here for a few years and the place is fine, but the management is horrible now. I used to love this place when Savanna worked there but now the new manager is not kind and willing to help. There are many situations that happened but two things were pretty frustrating including one time my roommate got locked out because the front door Dwello stopped working. Love it met this girl over there and I had fun
The place is very nice but management sucks so bad i mean you can never get a hold of maintenance and the property manager doesn’t seem to enjoy her job and takes out on the tenants with passive aggressive comments and a general unpleasantly. Also they are never in office either so support is always a hassle.
Garbage complex with garbage staff that have absolutely no morals and won’t hesitate to toss you out in the streets all while smirking at you. After making several attempts to catch up my rent with these people they sent it over to a crooked law firm and refused to work with me. When I came up with the requested ransom they wouldn’t send me anything in writing. When I tried to humanize myself with them I was told this was all my fault.
