Garbage complex with garbage staff that have absolutely no morals and won’t hesitate to toss you out in the streets all while smirking at you. My experience at Moda Sego Apartments has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Unfortunately, this apartment complex has a significant issue with homeless individuals, which greatly impacted my overall living experience. One of the most concerning aspects of living at Moda Sego Apartments was the constant presence of homeless people in and around the premises. Lived here for 4 years. Terrible managment, almost impossible to geta hold of. Homeless people coming in and out of the garage area. If you ever forgot to close your garage door, the next day your bike is probably gone. Rediculiously slow internet that cost 120$ extra per month for 5mb/s. Asked to replace the entire carpet when moving out with no damge on them. Useless smart home that barely works. Locked me out a couple of times. If you ever considering about moving in. Don't.
