Moda denied my wife a mammogram and denied me a follow up screening for the Non Hodgkin's lymphoma I had in 2016. They would rather their patients get cancer.
THE WORSE INSURANCE COMPANY ON THE PLANET! You would be better off not having insurance than having to deal with the denials and problems this company has caused me in the short 3 months of having them as an insurance provider. Then their prescription plan denied a script my doctor order! Moda said they denied it because THEY wanted me to take a different medication first!
