Touring with Lina Fraile at The Bonneville was amazing. She was very understanding in our situation and was amazing so the going over all the amenities and the over all price for the apartments we were looking at. She was very friendly and made the tour and over look of the Bonneville a 10/10 for me.
Falsely Accused, Gaslit, Overcharged — and Everything Was Falling Apart I lived at Moda Bonneville for just four months, and in that short time, I filed over 10 maintenance requests due to the poor build quality and constant issues in the apartment. Appliances were faulty, fixtures were cheap, and things were constantly breaking, it felt like they rushed the construction to fill units. I would have to say this is a very good place. For a safe place to be at. I feel safe with me and my animal Tesla. We've been here for almost about 5 months. And we sure do enjoy every last bit of it. The staff is very friendly and the people around here are friendly too as well. The residents the other residents. I just thought I'd share this post. And thank you so much for the staff that helped me get in here. I have totally nothing but respect for these people and for the property.
someone is ALWAYS IN MY ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT. where am i supposed to put my car then?? 100$ a month for my spot and four times has someone else been parked there.
Overall experience: Poor, though there were some redeeming qualities, they were outweighed by ongoing management and billing issues.
