Living in apartment buildings have their negatives and positives anywhere you go. But I’ll say that it does make a difference when you report an issue and you get an empathetic response from management in a timely response. I can truly say any issue or request I’ve had living at Moda the past 2 1/2 years; I always get feedback in a timely manner.
