I’ve lived here for 4 years now, my dad has lived here for 9 years. The building and management has deteriorated tremendously. It’s so disappointing. The amenities are not properly maintained, like the GYM machines are from the early 2000s and are either broken, cracked - all the equipment is old and overly used. The laundry rooms need to be cleaned better especially the machines used by pet owners. Every 2 months there’s someone new at the front desk, nobody recurring since the OGs left. Beware of fake reviews and poor management. First, let’s address the fake reviews—like the one from Iesha, the general manager who works on the second floor, lives on the 12th, and often comes to the office looking unprofessional while doing her laundry. Or Amit and Vick—both maintenance workers who don’t even live in the building. Amenities are a mess: Kids’ playroom has no AC—unsafe for children. The tour was amazing! The apartment is definitely nice and cozy, and the amenities also brings a sense of peace outside of the home. Feel free to request a tour you will enjoy it. Moda Is definitely a great space to call home!
I had went to to look at an apartment on April 28th at 4:07pm and was told to do a Application for the apartment and the apartment was gonna be on hold for me once doing the application. I waited weeks to fill out paperwork for the apartment which was the third week in May. I found out at the end of May that the apartment is not available, which was stated when I looked at it and filled out an application at the end of May.
