I just moved into Moda Apartments and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far! My roommate and I have lived here for 2 years now, and it has been the BEST experience! I recommend it to all my friends who need a place in the Dallas area. The management is so great here, they go above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. Everyone is always so nice, helpful, and understanding. The pricing is great especially for the location- the best in the area by far! I love that it’s close to the Katy trail, and the area actually feels safe. Lived here for a little over a year. The location is truly hard to beat in downtown. The only downside would be the heavy traffic during any basketball, hockey, or concerts held at American Airlines. The rooftop and pool deck has a crazy nice view and overall really spacious. Made some great memories here. Last but not least, the management team is really responsive, and they make sure to have frequent resident events which are appreciated!
Very easy move-in. Management provided valuable information beforehand, so I knew what to do :)
LOVE my time at MODA! The leasing office has been so great, anytime I have a problem they were immediately attentive and handled things with such grace and professionalism. The building itself is in a GREAT location, I am sad to be leaving before they added the trail to the design district. I could not recommend this place more!
