I've lived here for 2 years and have had a great experience! Management is communicative and has kept the apartment complex clean. Residents have been respectful and friendly. There's ample street parking and I've never not had somewhere close to park, nor have I had an issue with my car being parked on the street. I also really enjoy the neighborhood and there is a cute coffee shop, bakery, bar, and restaurants within walking distance. It's really been a great place to live!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with MOD42 and Lumina Property Management. They’ve been super responsive, organized, and helpful with any issues that come up, and communication is always clear and kind – 10/10 recommend!!
Great place to live, pet friendly, clean secure safe place to live,free amenities included like an on-site fitness center, dog wash facility room, bike storage, and washers and dryers in each apartment, close to parks,local and downtown night life,sports arenas, and vast amount restaurants to choose from "I love ❤️ living here!"
Worst move the city could’ve done, this building is nothing but causing trouble. This is the new North Minneapolis: shootings, robberies, thieves opening cars (car shopping ) Tenants arguing outside the building every dang night! They park however direction they want, they dump their trash wherever they park. We are thinking about moving!! Management, you need to start running criminal backgrounds !!!
