Don’t expect a quick response or refund if you end up putting in an application and don’t get approved. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since they told me I would be getting the $200 reservation fee refunded and I have yet to see it. On top of that it’s extremely difficult to get a response back from them even if you send multiple emails. This is my worst rental application experience in the 8 years I’ve been renting and would not recommend.
Very attentive to our needs. When a service ticket is submitted they come out immediately the day of. Staff is always polite and we really appreciate you guys for all that you do.
Charles from Maintenance was great.... Responded fast.... In and out quickly.... Kudos!!!
