As soon as we walked in, we felt like we weren’t welcome. It was our first time there, and the place was completely empty. Now I understand why. The people working there clearly don’t want to serve customers. Throughout the entire ordering process, I felt so uncomfortable with my family that we were seriously considering walking out. I feel sorry for the owners of the restaurant, but this is exactly how people stop coming in and spending money.

The people there clearly do not want to be there. The looks I received when walking in, to no acknowledgement after standing there for about 2 minutes. There’s sticky stuff on all tops of places. There’s food thrown all over the toppings area. The only thing that is good was the food.

UPDATE 08-31-26: This place has gone downhill. They are sloooow preparing the pizza. They need to train the prep food area folks better and not just throw them on the line. The other main issue (pet peeve) is their fountain station. There seems to be something wrong with it constantly. Either the sodas don't work or the ice machine is out.
